When importing settings files I am not able to select a converter which is actually supported by the licence.

This can happen, if the dll converter file is missing inside the corresponding "Converters" folder on the StationWare installation directory.
Check, if the dll is located in the corresponding converter folder on the StationWare installation under
"<StationWareInstallationsVerzeichnis>\Converters\ConverterOfInterest\.
Missing converter dlls can be found in the corresponding converter folder of the StationWare installation package.
