Answer

The attached pfd-files contain a dpl script. The script should be stored inside a subfolder of the current user or inside a project, which is not intended to export.

The selection of the path and filename can be done interactively in the export dialog during the scripts execution.
Execute the script and select the projects and folders, which should be exported and press the OK button.
A possibly active project marked for the export will be deactivated and reactivated again after the scripts execution. If there are problems and the export fails, there will be messages in the output window.
The resulting pfd-file can then be used.
A re-import of the pfd-file will lead to the same hierarchy structure of the projects and folder as it was before the export.

Additional information can be found on the description page of the ComDpl-object.
