PCIC 2025
The 21st PCIC (Petroleum and Chemical Industry Committee) Energy Europe Conference took place in Dusseldorf from 17th to 19th June this year, with DIgSILENT participating again as a sponsor. There were some interesting contributions related to decarbonisation through electrification and the integration of renewable energy.
We took the opportunity to present the new features of PowerFactory to existing customers, and to show potential new users the calculation capabilities of PowerFactory. Our visitors were particularly interested in EMT simulations, using Python scripts to automate calculations, detailed cable system modelling and multiple domain co-simulation (RMS-EMT). The application of our PFM300 and PFM300-GCC Monitoring Systems also attracted a lot of interest from attendees.
We would like to thank all visitors to our stand for their interest in our products and for the lively discussions. We would also like to thank the PCIC organising committee for hosting this conference and for giving us the opportunity to demonstrate how DIgSILENT's products can be used in the oil and gas industry.
