DIgSILENT Pacific Pty Ltd was established in February 2001 to be the Australasian representatives of the German company DIgSILENT GmbH. DIgSILENT provides world-best power system analysis software and consultancy services to the power industry.
The establishment of a local offices in Melbourne and Perth was aimed at providing better support and a personal service to the Australasian clients of the DIgSILENT group. In addition local power utilities are now able to benefit from international research and development, particularly in the areas of dynamic modelling of wind farms and power system reliability. A comprehensive range of services in the area of power system protection and control are offered to our local and international clients.

DIgSILENT PowerFactory is the leading high-end tool for applications in generation, transmission, distribution and industrial systems. It is integrating all required functions, easy to use, fully Windows compatible and combines reliable and flexible system modeling capabilities with state-of-the-art algorithms and a unique database concept. Besides the stand-alone functionality, the PowerFactory engine integrates smoothly into any GIS, DMS or EMS supporting open system standards.
