For our head office in Gomaringen near Tuebingen, we are seeking a:

Sales Engineer

Your Tasks

• Acquisition of new customers and appraisal of their specific profiles and requirements
• Preparation of tenders and offers and their follow-up throughout the entire process
• Presentation of the basic functions of our products and their project specific application
• Support and coordination of our worldwide representative network
• Organization of marketing campaigns and the company's presence at various trade fairs and conferences
• Coordination of product information and sales documentation in cooperation with our technical departments

Your Qualifications

• You have a university degree preferably in Electrical Engineering with an emphasis on Electrical Power Systems, but maybe also a different university degree combined with an excellent technical understanding
• You are experienced in the marketing of complicated, non-self explanatory technical products, ideally in a comparable surrounding (market and/or product)
• You speak fluent business English
• You are able to command common office and presentation tools and have a certain understanding for economic aspects
• You are able to work independently, to organize your work self-dependently. You have a distinct customer orientation and excellent communication talents
• You are capable to work in a team and to function even under pressure and you have developed organisational skills.
• You are willing to travel
